I was born and raised in Newport, North Carolina. Graduated from Newport High School and Mederith Collage (Raleigh, N. C.)

I married a marine and we traveled around the Country until he retired.

After his retirement, we both taught at Havelock Junior High School.

At that time, I went to East carolina University and got my Masters in Education.

At this time in my life,

I stay busy with garden club work

and volunteering at the Police Department.
